Online FoxPro Users Group Meeting – Tuesday, December 17th

UPDATE: The meeting was recorded and is available on the OFUG YouTube Channel

OFUG (Online Visual FoxPro Users Group) meets Tuesday, December 17th, at 8:30PM (EST). If you’re not sure what time that is in your time zone, you can find it here.

Doug Hennig will present “Unit Testing”, which I believe he recently presented at German DevCon.

I know many people will be planning to see the Anchorman Double Feature on Tuesday night, but I recommend attending OFUG on Tuesday and waiting to see Anchorman 2.

Who knows? Maybe we’ll get lucky and Doug will do the entire presentation as Ron Burgandy.

OFUG (Online Visual FoxPro Users Group) meets this coming Tuesday, August 20th.

I’ll be presenting “Multithreading with Visual FoxPro”, a condensed (and updated) version of my session from Southwest Fox 2011.

Even though it’s an online meeting, make sure you wear shoes – because the demos will blow your socks off.

OFUG meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 8:30PM (Eastern Time – currently EDT). If you’re not sure what time that is in your time zone, you can find it here.

Speaking at DAFUG and DevCon

I’ll be at the Detroit Area Fox Users Group meeting this Thursday night (February 8), talking about the Desktop Alerts. I’ve never been to Michigan, so I’m looking forward to the trip and meeting some new friends.

I jokingly told the guys at the Chicago meeting last December that Chicago was the first stop on my 2007 ‘World Tour’ (I had never been to Illinois before the Chicago trip).

In May, I’ll be presenting three sessions at Advisor DevCon in Anaheim, CA. I’ve never been to California either – see a pattern emerging here?

It’s been an amazing year, starting with the FoxForward conference last September, the trip to Chicago, and the upcoming trips. Meeting new friends, learning new stuff, and talking about Visual FoxPro.
